Fine-Tuning Your Best Self.

Wayfinding

way ٠find ٠ ing

the process or activity of ascertaining one's position [then] planning and following a route.

To experience extraordinary in vocation and life requires continual wayfinding. It’s an ongoing, life-long process of reading the landscape, taking personal inventory and making adjustments. It doesn’t always require painful work, just intention…and a trusted thought-partner that has your back.

In my coaching, I am committed to one thing: bringing out your best self. Whether that means advancing your leadership prowess, navigating relational dynamics, or breathing more purpose into your daily routine, it’s all within reach.

The Guiding Framework

VALUES

IMPACT

DREAMS

What Grounds You?

You have values. They are the inherent beliefs you have about how you want the world to operate. They are deeply personal and embedded in a way that doesn’t really change much over time. They inform your sense of what you want more or less of in life.

Reconnecting with and articulating your core values provides a powerful lens to see where you are honoring your values—and where you are not.

What Drives You?

Most of us want to leave a mark. Like values, impact means something different for each of us. You might assume the impact you want to have is perfectly aligned with your work, but there’s usually more to it. Developing real clarity around the the wake you want to leave behind—and how to monitor that—can guide you through critical choices and move you closer to fulfillment in life and vocation.

What Inspires You?

Too often, we accept the lie that dreams don’t come true. This mindset holds you back from playing the best hand possible for your one and only life.

You have dreams—for yourself and for some particular part of the world. Sharpening the focus on those dreams and putting them into play is what it means to live them out. Your dreams are not transactions, but a way of life—that place you operate in where your world is becoming.

About Me

I am a credentialed and internationally certified professional coach (CPCC, ACC). My clients span many sectors, but I have particular affinity and experience working with young professionals and those in the nonprofit sector. I consider coaching those leaders an opportunity to invest in the under-resourced visionaries and change-makers.

The three pillars noted above are things I continually strive to cultivate in my own life: fine-tuning and understanding my personal values, working to ensure my short life somehow matters, and growing in unexpected ways as I pursue my dreams. I love skiing, travel, food/wine, pizza-making and otherwise all things Italian. I am currently dipping into a long-standing dream of living in Italy, my ancestral home, for periodic multi-month sojourns.

I spent many years as a serial entrepreneur and investor, innovating and commercializing consumer products and national beverage brands. I’ve also led nonprofit work in various sectors including faith, social justice and impact investing. In supporting the work of others, I’ve served on numerous commercial and philanthropic boards of directors, but now prefer the extended reach that comes with coaching.

In the context of my practice, I rely on the radical highs and lows of my professional and life experience as a “been-there” framework for empathy and understanding. As such, I am committed to holistic coaching: I help my clients become stronger leaders, innovate deeper impact, cultivate professional growth, and navigate major transitions. And doing it in a way that is fun and energizing!
